"We, the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus, in the footsteps of our Foundress, Mother Mary Charles Magdalene Walker, are called to make Christ known and loved by all. We have a preferential option for the poor, sick, women and children. We minister to transform the person through education, pastoral and health care, carried out in simplicity, generosity and trust in Divine Providence".
